Sony in Shock Camera Launch

The surprise is not that Sony has announced a new camera, but it has NOT felt the need to introduce a new lens mount at the same time.

Mind you, what Sony really needs is new lenses to support the camera bodies it already has. Perhaps these will follow over the course of the next two or three weeks?

This looks like the start of the Photokina announcement season. Hold on to your hats, folks.
